国家4A级景区长水村00后新书记周迅：全球的观众朋友们，大家好！我是中国林改示范村江西省九江市武宁县长水村的00后村支书周迅。非常荣幸能登上《邓婷访谈》这个面向世界的舞台，和大家分享我们长水村从 “护绿” 到 “富绿” 的蜕变故事，也希望让更多人看见中国乡村的绿色振兴与青年力量。
Village Secretary of Changshui ZHOU Xun: Hello, global audiences. I’m the Party Committee Secretary of Changshui Village in Wuning County, Jiujiang City of Jiangxi Province. I’m very proud to attend《Murphy Interviews》to share the transformation tale of Changshui Village from guarding green ecology to become rich. Meanwhile, I want highlight the China’s path toward eco-friendly rural revitalization.
《邓婷访谈》创始人：请问周迅女士，很多年轻人向往城市，你为什么选择留在家乡？作为中国00后大学毕业生，担任长水村村支书的初心是什么？
《Murphy Interviews》创始人：Miss ZHOU Xun, many young people yearn for urben life, why do you choose to stay in your hometown? As a chinese post-00s university graduate, what’s your original aspiration in serving as the village party committee secretary of Changshui Village?
国家4A级景区长水村00后新书记周迅：很多人问我，作为一名00后大学毕业生，为什么不在繁华城市奋斗，而是回到偏远山村？我的答案很坚定：因为热爱，更因为责任。长水村是我从小长大的故乡，这里的青山绿水滋养了我，老一辈林改人的精神感染了我。2004年，长水村率先开启集体林权制度改革，用 “山定权、树定根、人定心” 的智慧，改写了乡村发展的命运。当我大学毕业，看到村里需要年轻力量、乡亲们期盼更好生活时，我没有丝毫犹豫。我的初心很纯粹：用青春守护绿水青山，用知识赋能乡村发展，用实干带领乡亲共同富裕。我想做林改精神的传承者、绿色发展的实践者、乡村振兴的生力军，让年轻人回到乡村、留在乡村、建设乡村，让中国林改示范村在新时代焕发新光彩。
Village Secretary of Changshui ZHOU Xun: As regard to my choice, my answer is for my firm passion & responsibility. My hometown Changshui Village is the place where I grew up, nourished by mountains, and inspired by the spirit of the older generation of villagers. In 2004, Changshui Village took the lead in initiating the collective forest tenure reform, using the wisdom of making full use of mountains, trees with villagers diligent to rewrite development. As a undergraduate, I didn't hesitate for a moment to stay when I learned about my hometown Changshui Village’s need for youthful energy, especially villagers' hope for a better life. My intention is pure: to protect the green mountains and clear waters with my youth, to empower with knowledge, and to lead villagers prosperity through hard work. I want to be inheritor of the forestry reform spirit, a practitioner of green development, and a new rural revitalization power. I want to encourage young people to return, stay, and build hometown so that my hometown can shine anew in the new era.
《邓婷访谈》创始人：村支书的日常工作包括哪些？担任村支书，内心有压力吗？
《Murphy Interviews》Founder：How is your daily work? Does serving as village party committee secretary bring you inner pressure?
国家4A级景区长水村00后新书记周迅：村支书的工作没有惊天动地，却事事关乎民生、件件连着民心。说实话，压力很大。长水村是全国林改标杆、国家 4A 级景区，既要守护好这块 “金字招牌”，又要让村民实实在在增收，担子不轻。
我的日常可以概括为 “走、看、听、干” 四个字：走村串户听民意：上门了解老人养老、孩子教育、村民就业、产业发展等急难愁盼；巡山护绿守生态：常态化巡查山林防火、古树保护、水源治理，守住生态底线；跑项争资谋发展：对接政策、引进资源、推动项目，让好政策落地见效；调解矛盾促和谐：化解邻里纠纷、协调产业利益，维护村庄稳定团结；带头干事树标杆：冲在产业一线、项目现场、服务前沿，用行动带动村民。
Village Secretary of Changshui ZHOU Xun: Actually, my pressure is immense. Changshui Village is a successful village model for China forestry reform and a 4A scenic area. I must not only safeguard this "golden signboard", but also genuinely increase villagers income, which is not easy task. My work as a village secretary is never earth-shattering, while every task concerns people's livelihoods and connects with their hearts. My daily routine can be summarized in four words: "visiting、observing、listening and doing." Walking door-to-door to listen public opinion, visiting households to understand urgent concerns care, children's education, employment, and industrial development. Patrolling mountains greenery to safeguard ecology. Conducting regular inspections for forest fire prevention, ancient tree conservation, and water source management to uphold ecological integrity. Aligning with policies, attracting resources, and promoting projects to ensure good policies yield tangible results. Mediating to foster harmony, including esolving neighborhood disputes and coordinating industrial interests to maintain village stability and unity. Taking the initiative in industrial work, project sites, and service fronts, motivavting villagers through action.
《邓婷访谈》创始人：江西省长水村是国家4A级景区，村里的特色产业有哪些？为何被誉为中国林改示范村？
《Murphy Interviews》Founder: Changshui village is honoured as national 4A scenic area. What’s the distinctive or core indurstries of Changshui Village? Why does Changshui village was regarded as successful pilot of China’s Forestry Reform?
国家4A级景区长水村00后新书记周迅：2004年，长水村在全国率先推进集体林权制度改革，将 12.4 万亩集体山林分山到户、林权证发放到户，彻底盘活了山林资源。“山定权、树定根、人定心” 的林改经验，从长水走向全国、影响全国，长水村因此成为中国集体林权制度改革的发源地与标杆村，被正式誉为 “中国林改示范村”。长水村是名副其实的天然生态宝库：国家4A级旅游景区，生态环境一流；森林覆盖率超过93%，满目苍翠、四季常青；拥有千年红豆杉古树群，被誉为 “植物活化石”，是珍稀生态奇观；负氧离子浓度极高，常态每立方米15万至18万个，雨后可达20万个以上，是天然氧吧、康养福地、长寿之乡；山清水秀、溪流潺潺、古村错落，一步一景、全村可游，是看得见山、望得见水、记得住乡愁的最美乡村。林下经济依托优质林地，发展富硒菌菇、中药材、高山野生茶、生态蜂蜜等绿色农产品，实现 “以林养菌、以菌促林、林茂物丰”，把林地变成村民的 “致富田”“幸福田”；红豆杉全产业链以千年红豆杉为特色，打造种苗培育、精深加工、康养体验、文化旅游于一体的全产业链，打响 “长水红豆杉” 特色品牌，让 “植物活化石” 变成富民产业；生态文旅产业依托 4A 景区与生态资源，发展精品民宿、森林康养、研学体验、乡村观光等业态，年接待游客超60 万人次，旅游收入突破亿元，成为村民增收的重要支柱；乡村电商与服务产业发展特色农家乐、农产品电商、直播带货，打通 “山货出山、网销全国” 的通道，让生态好物走出大山、走进千家万户。
Village Secretary of Changshui ZHOU Xun: In 2004, Changshui took the lead nationwide in implementing the reform of the collective forest tenure system, distributing 124,000 collective forest to households and issuing forest tenure certificates to each household, fully revitalizing forest resources. The forest reform experience of "mountains with defined rights, trees ownership, and people with settled hearts" spread from Changshui village to whole country. As a result, Changshsui village became the birthplace and benchmark of China's collective forest tenure system reform, officially honored as the "Demon of China's Forestry Reform." Changshui Village is a natural ecological treasure: a 4A-level tourist first-class ecological environment; forest coverage exceeding 93%, covered by green all year round; home to ancient groves of millennium-old yew trees, hailed as " fossils" and a rare ecological wonder; exceptionally high negative oxygen ion concentration, typically ranging from 150,000 to 180,000 per cubic meter, exceeding 200,000 after rain. It’s a natural bar, and longevity village; picturesque landscapes with clear waters, babbling streams, and scattered ancient villages, offering scenic beauty at every step—truly the most beautiful countryside where mountains are visible, waters are clear, and nostalgia is unforgettable. The economy leverages high-quality forest land to develop green agricultural products like selenium-rich mushrooms, medicinal herbs, high-mountain tea, and ecological honey, achieving "forests nurturing fungi, fungi promoting forests, and flourishing abundant goods forest land into villagers' "fields of prosperity" and "fields of happiness." The yew industry chain centered on yew trees, ranging from seedling cultivation, processing, wellness experiences, and cultural tourism, building the distinctive "Changshui Yew" brand and turning "living plant fossils" into a wealthy industry which attracting over 600,000 visitors annually with tourism revenue exceeding 100 million yuan. Tourism has become a key pillar of income growth. Rural e-commerce and service industries promote agritainment, agricultural product e-commerce, and live-streaming sales, opening channels for goods to leave the mountains and sell nationwide, bringing high-quality ecological products from the mountains to households across China.

《Murphy Interviews》Founder: As a young village secretary, how will you turn ecology into income & lead Changshui villagers to increase their income Min the next five years?
国家4A级景区长水村00后新书记周迅：未来五年，我将以“生态产业化、产业生态化”为方向，做好 “绿水青山就是金山银山” 转化文章，用青年智慧带领长水村迈向共同富裕：做强林下经济扩大富硒菌菇、中药材种植规模，建设标准化生产基地，打造绿色有机品牌，提升产品附加值，让林下产业成为稳定增收的 “基本盘”；做精红豆杉产业延伸深加工链条，开发康养产品、文创产品、体验项目，提升品牌影响力，让红豆杉产业更具竞争力、更有富民效益；做旺生态旅游升级民宿品质、打造网红打卡点、开发特色研学线路、举办生态文化活动，提升景区吸引力与服务水平，让生态旅游更红火、更持久；做活数字乡村用直播电商、短视频、新媒体推广长水村与生态农产品，让 “好风景” 变成 “好钱景”，让村民在家门口就能创业增收。
Village Secretary of Changshui ZHOU Xun: In the next five years, I will take "ecological industrialization and industrial ecologicalization" as the direction, and do a good job in transforming "green mountains and clear waters as valuable as mountains of gold and silver". I will lead Changshui Village towards common prosperity: strengthen the under forest economy, expand the scale of selenium rich mushroom and traditional Chinese medicine cultivation, establish standardized production bases, create green organic brands, enhance product added value, and make the under forest industry a "basic base" for stable income growth. Extend the deep processing chain of the refined yew industry, develop health and wellness products, cultural and creative products, experience projects, enhance brand influence, and make the yew industry more competitive and beneficial to the people; Upgrade the quality of homestays, create popular check-in points, develop distinctive study trip routes, and organize ecological and cultural activities to enhance the attractiveness and service level of scenic spots, making ecotourism more prosperous and sustainable. Promote Changshui Village and ecological agricultural products through live streaming e-commerce, short videos, and new media in the digital countryside, turning "good scenery" into "good money scenery" and enabling villagers to start businesses and increase income right at their doorstep.
